Stephanie began her Real Estate career in 2011, so she, and her husband Lance, could start investing in long term rentals and flipping properties. In 2016, they purchased their very first short term rental property on Clearwater Beach.
Then, business meets family. Son & Daughter-in-Law, Matt and Jen began learning the business and managing Stephanie & Lances’ second short-term rental property in Dunedin, FL. After a year, Matt and Jen saw the need to become Realtors to better serve their needs as well as their client’s needs.
We are now a family owned and operated vacation rental management company and offer a boutique collection of family friendly vacation rentals that fit into any budget. We are a small company that offers more individualized attention to our clients compared to the large companies.
