Down the hallway is the 1st guest bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom.
3rd Floor features: The Primary suite with a King size bed and ensuite bath that includes a large jetted whirlpool tub and separate large shower and two vanities. Down the hallway is the laundry room with newer washer & dryer, & the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds with it’s own private bathroom. This bedroom has 10 foot high double doors with a small balcony for a streetside view & glimpse of the Gulf. All beds have very large cedar lined drawers under them and all night stands, and dressers are also cedar lined.
4th Level Features: Private Rooftop Terrace & Entertainment Sun Deck area. From the rooftop terrace you get 360 views of the sunsets over the Beach and the Intracoastal Waterway as well as the night lights of the bayside. Enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee at the outdoor table gas fire pit surrounded by a comfy outdoor sectional. Room for all of your guests!

This beach townhome is located on the very exclusive Brightwater Drive on the intercoastal but yet just several blocks from restaurants, shopping, beach, bars, night life, and more. Only 2-3 blocks from the white sands of the Beach and main strip, yet still a private luxury retreat to live the amazing Florida Salt Life!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay and will be required to eSign additional guest registration form after the booking has been accepted
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount before booking. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee PER PERSON/PER NIGHT.
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
