Our guest house is a cozy 392 sq ft but offers everything you’ll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay:

* KITCHEN: Completely stocked with everything you’ll need…All kitchen items are newer, not a mishmash of vacation rental leftovers
* LAUNDRY AREA: Located under carport attached to guest house with full size washer & dryer
* BEDROOM: Has Queen size Bed with newer mattress
* BATHROOM: Has Walk In Shower (no tub)

* Beach Towels
* Use of Heated Pool (Heated when outside temps are 70 and above during daytime)
* Use of Fire Pit (with prior request and payment for wood)
* Use of Gas Grill
Guests will have access to the entire private cottage as well as the shared pool, tiki bar, fire pit and bbq grill. If there are other guests staying in our cabin on the other side of the pool, they will have access to and share the same amenities.
Please note that pricing is based on 2 people. Additional guests (up to 4 people total) are $25 per person per night. We charge a cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit. (included in total when you put your dates in)
Non Aggressive Breed Dogs are allowed with a $50 Non Refundable Pet Deposit (per dog) for Deep Cleaning after Departure (2 dogs max, 80 lb combined weight max)
Please send a message with your breed of dog and the weight. If other guests are booked in the cottage on the same property, we want to make sure all pets are non aggressive and would get along with other dogs before finalizing. We will then send you an additional $50 payment request per dog through Aribnb.
ATTENTION: The CDC has released cleaning guidelines to be followed for vacation rental properties. Our professional cleaning company, Pinellas Windows & Janitorial Services, will be following all CDC, PPE, and VHHC rules and procedures. They are working hard to provide extra cleaning in between guest stays with approved products and disinfectants during this time. The CDC guidelines are posted inside our units and emailed to you after booking. This property has multiple units (each with their own private entrance) and guests are expected to follow the CDC guidelines related to physical distancing in common areas and will allow at least six feet of separation between groups of guests.
