DINING AREA: Seating for 6 at kitchen table and 4 additional barstools at the kitchen island.
INDOOR LIVING: 5 flat-screen RoKu Smart TVs, electric fireplace, ceiling fans, laptop-friendly workspace
GAME ROOM: Keyboard entertainment center, Board Games, Foosball Table, TV with Atari Pac-Man Consul, Xbox 360 Consul, and assorted games, Phone docking station for music
OUTDOOR LIVING: Propane grill, pool, hot tub, picnic table, basketball hoop

*Use of Heated Pool, read carefully: optional daily pool heat fee must be paid pre-trip. Please note: If you pay for the pool, the hot tub is included. Pool can only be heated when outside temps are consistently 60+ degrees. When temps drop lower, it places stress on the heater. Guests will have access to a mobile app that allows them to control temperature. Temps are monitored by management company through the App.
Hot Tub Only: $25 per day
Pool & Hot Tub: $75 per day or $500 per week
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay and will be required to eSign additional guest registration form after the booking has been accepted
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount before booking. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee PER PERSON/PER NIGHT.
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY – Non Aggressive Breed Dogs are allowed. If you are bringing a dog, a $100 Non Refundable Pet Fee will be collected pre-stay (2 DOG MAX – must be under 25 lbs) BREED AND SIZE MUST BE DISCLOSED BEFORE BOOKING.
